#4 Coming to Voice through Capoeira: Kalunga Bantu-Kongo: Principles of Life & Living.

This is the second part of a six-part series on my thesis, "Coming to Voice through Capoeira: Uncovering Ancestrality and Embodiments of the African Diaspora."

I mostly highlight Dr Kimbwandènde Kia Bunseki Fu Kiaus’s book on the African Cosmology of the Bantu Kongo in attempting to understand "African cultural material beneath the surface" reflecting on the 7 directions of life within the circle in community and how it relates to a practice like Capoeira.
How does upholding this framework in Capoeira help us in the big roda (circle) of life?
